Its not NE2000 compatible, thats why. Be provided an experimental driver on their FTP site, which this wizard doesn't handle....

I use a 3Com 3c589 and in both Dano and PhOS the PC Card Wizard says the cars "is not NE2000 compatible"...any idea what could have caused that message?
Cheers,
Meanwhile

Oops - I guessed anyone looking for this would know what the original PC-Card Wizard was...
Back in the day, there was PC-Card Wizard, which automatically installed PCMCIA modems, network cards and ATAPI cards for which there were drivers. And it didn't work on BONE or on Dano. This version does. I'll edit the description later

Could you give us a description on exactly what this is? A PC Card wizard? Is it for ethernet network or modem or a wireless card a laptop soundcard or something else? Is it a PCMCIA or is it an internal PCI card. BeBits doesn't charge per word, feel free to give more details in your descriptions.
