have you got others search engine you would be please to be added ?
For the left search bar, sorry, i don't know how does it work and remember, it's a FireFox search plugin ... not a mozilla one. But i will see for implement it as soon as i have some time to loose :)

i have network connectivity thanks to the R8169 driver and i have the 1GB RAM hack so i can use BeOS again.
expect a few releases over the next week.

this is only a problem if you want to use these Firefox search plugins in Mozilla.
I guess mine will work in both versions, so it's not an issue for Firefox people, only Mozilla people :-)

The search results are also supposed to show in the SideBar on the left.
This is achieved with using the resultItemStart and resultItemEnd
eg (from another one of mine in the works:
<interpret
browserResultType="result"
resultListStart="You searched for:"
resultListEnd="</TABLE>"
resultItemStart="<TD>"
resultItemEnd="</TD>"
>
Checkout my BeBits version http://www.bebits.com/app/2937
and look for the resultItem html tags in a real BeBits search page (view the html source of the page)
