Any suggestions on how to uninstall? Uninstalling using uninstall does NOT uninstall in my case. Maybe some manual tricks?

You can not install any application as an Deskbar-Icon on the Menu-button!

Would anyone know how to do the same (ie replace the logo), but with Deskbar Eyes (http://www.bebits.com/app/3841) instead of the Haiku?

To fix in expand mode , change kBeMenuWidth in ExpandoMenuBar.cpp
I tested original 50.0f (means 47 + 3 ?) to 95.0f, and looks well.

If you want, you could take my redrawn SVG as a source (svg.mlotz.ch, right beside the last screenshot). Or you can contact me with the dimensions you want the image in and I can make a scaled one and / or black-on-white one for you.

Thanks to Das Jott, the download has been updated with an easy install\uninstall package!
Unfortunately, the logo cannot be shrunk even as much as 1 pixel or it distorts horribly and looks terrible. Until I find a way to fix this, I guess this mod should only be used for those with Deskbars in the corners of the screen in uncompacted mode (else the graphic will clip badly).
I like the idea of the leaf with no text, when I find a suitible source image I will have to test that out. That is, unless the rumored OT update with Haiku logos built in is released first....

I suggest to drop the text, and just put one leave on the Deskbar. It'd look much more professional.

I know a way to change the Deskbar-Icon, that is much easier than the Quickres-procedure...
I mailed it to the publisher.

I agree. It currently looks "glued". It needs padding and vertical/horizontal centering.

just needs to be a tad smaller with a bit of padding at the top and bottom of the logo like the BeOS one.
