The download isnt broken, but it seems that Opera can't handle BeApps. Now it is a zip file. Try again.

The Haiku shutdown command already takes an -d argument with seconds to wait for, and a nice animation (thx to me)...
Zeta has it already.
Feel free to send diffs taking hours and days.
