Thanks!
But I don't see why you'd want to know the workspace number? Is it because you use the keyboard to navigate around? Because otherwise, I find the numbering unecessary as it's easier to pattern-match against a visual grid than a set of lines.
But if you really want it, I could just un-comment that line in the code and do a special build just for you -- it's implemented and all, I just didn't find it neccessary. Drop me an e-mail if you're interested!

I like this a lot in combination with the ticWorkspaceGadget (my mind keeps saying "Gidget" instead of "Gadget"). If I can't see my desktop (not uncommon with the number of files I tend to leave open) I don't always know where I am. However I'd really like this to flash the workspace number. It takes my mind a bit to figure out what workspace I'm on (I use 12) when I see the grid.
