I don't intend to make it an opensource app for the time being :)

RE: moving files

Moving files by dragging them from a folder to another within the same archive can be a very tricky one to program. Not nearly as easy as cut and paste in Tracker. But maybe I can make a cut and paste option that does the task rather than doing it through drag and drop.

It gets all the more tricky when many files 'across' different directories are selected for 'moving'. I'm still doubtful about its implementation as i have never seen such a thing being implemented in any other archiver program in any OS (for all archive formats).

And regarding associating "DELETE" key with deleting files option shouldn't be too difficult.

Looks good

I think it looks very good and it is quite easy to use. I also waited for an app like this for BeOS.

I would find it useful to be able to "resort" files inside the zip (moving them into or out of a folder for example). Maybe this is already possible and I just missed it.
Another suggestion would be to link the delete key to the delete operation (I know that command-d works, but one's used to use delete from Tracker).

But so far I really like it. Very nice that you integrated a "Open With..." option and the GUI looks clean and friendly to me.

Yes rar add-on is the highest on my TODO list along with "Rename" files option...

Currently I'm seeing the possibilities of making a rar add-on that supports passwords.

Yeah it's not my app's fault for not supporting passworded zips.

But even using the password-enabled command-line program "zip" in say Dan0 etc. I was not able to implement password requisition because i was NOT able to find out if a file was protected by a password or not before opening it.

If maybe the "zip" can be modified to IGNORE the password when opening a file without password, i can implement password protected zips.

Kick-ass app!

Wow, looks nice.

Only played very little with it.

I know it's not you apps fault for you are using command line apps but ...

Is there anyway of your program supporting password encrypted zip files? The unzip command program in R5 doesn't while the one in Dano/Zeta/Phos does.

Only reason I didn't give 10 :-)
