OHkay - as Rafael K made it sound like 3.2.1 works because I have that with the alpha2 3D driver and I get a message that says
'missing symbol: gluTessBeginPolygon'

btw- I find the file structure of the installation very hap-hazard and confusing... partly because I had to find the program using 'find' because there was no link on the desktop, etc and why the heck is the link to the game in /boot/home/config/be/Software/Games/ ?
THis doesnt make sense to me, as it would seem normal procedure to make it easy access to the game and not have to hunt it down.

that's correct

the first alpha version of the 3D nVidia driver has already a working Mesa 3.2 library, and it doesn't work!

UW uses MESA 6.1

A bit confusing Rafaels description....

The Game is using Mesa 6.1 as I know, and will not!!! work with Mesa 3.2.1.

#!/usr/bin/perl -w
to #!/boot/home/config/bin/perl -w

maybe it's so slow with Mesa, but if someone tests this game, it would be nice to get a feedback
