Tried already I cannot compile anything since there is still losts of lib problems, and I get lots of errors...
and I am too lazy to correct all the wrong paths in the prefs... just to run RuninTerminal. I prefer to use rightclick terminal and drag n drop instead.

Try to recompile it.
Go to the source directory, click on RunInTerminal_x86,go to the Project menu, and select Make. (It is a BeIDE project after all).
The resultant binary is RunInTerminal_x86.

Download it, and set Sonic Action to run with
RunInTerminal.

"This game crashed immediately on start with a segmentation violation on my machine"
Note that the game gives that error when it tries to use a missing bitmap, too. Or directly crashes without any messages in those cases.
Or maybe restart the game, sometimes the computers do that kind of things.

Runns nice inside the terminal with Zeta 1.1. No problems so far.
Dont run here with double click too.
Is there a tutorial how to write a script for that purpose?

The jump on slope bug is known, guys.
We probably have it fixed in Beta 004 Final (or maybe 005).

@Cyan:
Some fullscreen drivers in Allegro doesn't
work correctly. BeOS included.
If you give me your e-mail address, I can send you a
binary with vsync if you want.
@jan__64:
Try recompiling the Allegro library.
I tested it on Zeta LiveCD 1.1 and it complains
about BSynth.
P.S: Compile Allegro 4.2.0-rc2, 4.2.0 is tricky on
BeOS.

Someone else involved in the Sonic scene, too?
I did run into a bug when jumping on a slope; the poor rodent gets thrown across the level violently. I don't think that's related to the port though.
Is it possible to add a (vsync'ed!) fullscreen function to this port, along with making the readme file use a fixed font?
