The aspell script is "run-with-aspell" and not "work-with-aspell".

I have discovered that it is possible to get the rather elderly BeOS version of Aspell (http://www.bebits.com/app/768) to work with Lyx. Open X Open Terminal CD to /boot/apps/aspell type work-with-aspell /boot/apps/Lyx/bin/lyx Lyx will then appear in the X window and it will be possible to use the spell check programme in Lyx (after changing spellcheck preferences to aspell) However, it is not too stable. Please note X must already be open for this to work. Perhaps someone cleverer than I will be able to get aspell to work from Lyx's configuration file.
