Here is the Kernal Panic Error I got

PANIC: Was unable to mount /dev/disk/ide/atap/1/Master or 1_0 type bfs on/boot

Do I need to somehow install IDE drivers in the Be image?

I ran the installer on the mounted Image in BeOS, but when I went to burn that, the 2nd session failed to burn.

I get to Magnifying Glass then the PC reboots

Ok, I converted the image I got for AMD, 1Gb RAM limit with IDE update from img to boot.

I loaded it as a date track in beos, then added the R5 PE Image.be file as the second data track and burned them under BeOS. Now I can boot, but it resets when it gets to the magnifying glass.

My computer is AMD 2.2Ghz, 512 MB RAM, 256 on my GFX card, and an all NVIDIA chip set on the mother board.

the cd images are meant to be burned onto a new disc as track 1 , with the main beos image as track 2.

if you want to use an existing beos cd, then you'll need to write a floppy disk image to boot the cd.

Can I use this on a non-floppy system?

Do I use this to boot my old BeOS 5.0 disc on my new system?

If I select a CD Boot image how or when do I swap discs?

Kisses to the community ;)

Currently a very basic page is up to present files.
In time a more aesthetic page will be put in its place.
