(Always one thing, especially with good products... :) )
When I stack the two desktop replicants on top of each other, they display funnily. Maybe keep a history and render as you go instead of moving existing graphics over?
Other than that, way cool. I dunno how I didn't see this thing before.

I second that. I don't know why I have not tried this
app before, but the X-kill feature in the deskbar
is what I have been thinking of implementing myself.
This app rocks.
