This is a tool to create thumbnails for web/html. Has nothing to do with Tracker isseu's.

Why bother with thumbnails when we already have tracker beta7c that has very fast and resizeable thumbnails... why can't more work be put into that where every picture your translators have it can thumbnail automatically and even more?
