The supplied SLRS throbber files did not work with their filenames containing the <space>copy at the end:
throbber-anim.gif copy --- as an example. So, I changed the names to remove the <space>copy, like so:
throbber-anim.gif --- as an example. This worked for SeaMonkey build 20061102.
