I have the same problem with gmail, (and that broken link) so I appreciate this add-on.

Thanks for the feedback. I have removed the incorrect application flags, and unfortunately also the file types to keep these add-ons from showing up in the R5 Tracker's Open With... menu for emails. I say unfortunately because I believe OpenTracker makes use of these file types to limit the list of Tracker add-ons to only applicable files.
I don't know if OpenTracker also has a smarter Open With... menu which excludes files with no application flags, but since this is designed for R5 I'll keep it this way. But for Haiku I will probably keep the file type entry. Or actually make these into small Argv-only apps.
I also updated both the long and short descriptions to have better information.

Pretty good - lets me mark large bunches of e-mails as being read. And I mean large, more than the 100 open files limit if I try opening a bunch of e-mails with BeMail. Guess that's the advantage of not having to pack it down to an exportable BMessage of noderefs or whatever.
However, it also shows up as an executable for opening e-mail files. But doesn't run as one. You may want to remove the file types list from your file's attributes/resources, and mark it as not executable (no application flags, but still have an app signature). Maybe also add an explanation of what it does in the long description too.
