You should take a look at the tuxtyping2 website if it's supported. I'm not using it myself (just a regular keyboard here).
When looking at the 15 different languages I can't see any drorak in there ... can't hurt to check it. ;)

For people running previous ZETA version then 1.5 there is an Pre install zip that helps you out with installing the packages.
Other link is to provide updated libraries.

ZETA comes with the SDL libraries itself, if however they should be outdated you can download them from here and from zeta-games in the section libraries.
