Ok I made R5 bins of those 2 and the BeHappy one:
http://revolf.free.fr/beos/PeExtensions-BeHappy-ConvertTabs-r5.bin.zip
Just expand to the Pe Extensions folder.

you need to get the sources, apply the patch and build it for now, as I didn't make R5 bins.
