That's probably not at the same level of functionality at this point; without description support, it's basically live bookmarks taken out of the browser.
Besides, it lacks atom support...

Well, I'd say the majority of BeOS users are using Firefox, so the Sage extension is a good choice:
http://sage.mozdev.org/
Also, there's the widely used http://www.bloglines.com/ online reader.
http://www.newsgator.com/ has a slicker reader. Google's launched their own online reader, and most MyHomePage (My Yahoo, My Google) sites have RSS functionality now.
There are almost no native readers, so these are good options in the meantime.
